NBA Jam Full Version Review
First off, this game is fun. It does remind me a whole lot of the original arcade version of NBA Jam albeit on a tiny platform (my iPhone). That said, there are what I consider to be "issues" with this game.

First, there is gameplay lag. My screen locks up and the game continues playing buy I can't move my avatar. Someone will come along and say it's my "iPhone that is the problem". I disagree. I run a barebones iPhone and NBA Jam lagged the minute after I installed it. I really think there is a conflict with the iPhone's memory capability and this game's memory footprint.

Second, the gameplay coding (the fluidity) could stand to be improved. For instance, if the computer blocks my shot. The computer avatar is able to land and scoop up the blocked shot/loose ball before my avatar's feet even hits the ground. Whereas, when I block a shot I'm rarely able to mimick this feat (i.e. I'm unable to block the shot, land, run toward the ball, and collect the loose ball all before the computer player lands back down). I wish they would remedy this.

Third, I have big hands and it seems the directional wheel (in the lower left corner of my iPhone screen) could be made smaller so my pudgy fat thumb isn't blocking half the gameplay screen most of the time.

All in all, I rate this game a 4 out of 5 and well worth the cost.

Nastalgia Galore!
This app is almost PERFECT!
It brings back all those great memories of being 10, playing on the old Sega, and puttin up 100 on my brother. Here's my pros and cons.

Pros-
1. IT'S ONLY A DOLLAR!!!
2. Graphics look great, and run smooth.
3. Controls are surprisingly very easy.
Analog stick on left, and Shoot, Pass and Turbo buttons on the right. There's a slide feature that works perfect in this game. You just slide from turbo to shoot or turbo to pass. It all works great, and Is very responsive.
There are two control schemes to choose from. Arcade (described above). And Gesture.
4. If you are at all familiar with the newest cosole version of Nba Jam than you'll be right at home. It's pretty much the same game.
5. Challenges, unlockable characters.

Cons- There's nothing major really except.
1. Need to update the rosters.
2. Needs more game modes other than
Campaign. Like maybe "Remix mode."

P.S. This game hasnt crashed or lagged on me once since I bought it. This game is worth more than .99 cents in my opinion. There's no better dollar to be spent anywhere. This is a great adaptation Nba Jam. So if your a fan and have a dollar to spend, BUY IT!!!

I'm gonna speakk for all the NBA Jam fans out heree. We've been asking for roster updates, and how about you get to doing it. Because there's no point in playing a game that had rosters that were updated almost 2 NBA seasons ago... Players you need to add or put on correct teams
