LOVE so much
Amazing, absolutely amazing. This app is so good. It's realistic with the disease. There are people working on the cure. The most fun thing is how you can eradicate humanity faster, but get noticed. Or you can try to be strategic and evolve transmission first to infect every country. My only complaint is the in app purchases, but I honestly think they're worth it. Especially the zombie one. It's like a whole new game. Once you evolve the symptoms for dead people to become zombies, the game gives you whole new elements. New zombie abilities appear, reanimate, hordes, etc. There are also bases that the world makes scattered around that protect them from zombies. It makes it more difficult, which I find awesome. I love challenging games. Those were a few of my opinions on this wonderful game.

One complaint I have for naive people who think they know the game:
People say it's impossible. Those people are just unskilled. That's kind of the point. You think it would be easy to infect the whole world? It's realistic, especially if you play on brutal, where everyone washes their hands. That's what's magical about this game. It ties into reality, real people have doctors and wash their hands. If you want it to be less hard, go play on wussy easy mode.

Addictive, but makes you think
I am a nurse and this game gets me thinking about public health policy, inter- and intra-country communication and cooperation, and all of the controllable factors that are involved in epidemics. I won't ooh and aah about how much I like the game as others already have and no more superlatives are needed.

If I were able to request changes I would ask to 1) be able to turn off the written notices that occur when each bubble type first pops up, 2) have the counter of elapsed time and the data use the same units - number of days would be my preference over the date, 3) have a section where you could (either during a game or when not playing) see your current range of options (bacteria/virus/etc., list of mutations, etc.) and whether or not they are locked, and 4) have an instant save button next to the pause button, or pop-up asking about saving after pause is pressed (as a Mom I get interrupted, lots, and would like an easy access way to know I won't lose my game if I don't get back to it soon - batteries die, apps freeze and the iPad needs to be rebooted, etc.).

I am not much of a game player, but I like the strategy and learning curve of this one. (I adored Myst, for you old-timers.) Thanks!

Intelligent review
Yes it's a little top view board game-ish and it would be nice to see them go a tad further with the game. However I do like all the changes you guys have made, for what it is, its a great game. But I will say having a 9 letter disease name is REALLY dumb, especially when the text bar is 3 times as long, and considering real life disease names are usually crazy long. I personally like to try to create a name that makes sense to what the disease type is witha description, and that's hard to do with 9 letters or 8 with a space or (-) in it. Example,

BIO-WEAPON: AnthraCTX
(-anthra- comes from anthrax, and the CTX stems from myCoToXicosis which can enter the blood stream and lymphatic system, they inhibit protein synthesis, damage macrophage systems, inhibit particle clearance of the lung, (etc) / These two deadly agents mixed with a large scale detonation of a thermonuclear hydrogen bomb, with an equivalent blast yield of roughly 100 megatons of TNT, almost twice as big as the biggest bomb ever detonated. which was Russia's Tsar bomb, 57Mt (Megatons) etc..... Further explained but trying to keep it short. Also greenland has bubbles pop up that are hard to see maybe make the zoom out a little more so the banner isn't covering it.
